I was pregnant and experiencing frequent panic attacks
When I met Roberta approximately 2 months ago I was 6 weeks pregnant with twins and experiencing frequent panic attacks and breathing issues. I was not able to enjoy my pregnancy because I was constantly focused on my breathing and this caused me a tremendous amount of stress.
Roberta supported me in retraining my body to breathe correctly – taking slow, deep breaths. She gave me breathing exercises and meditation techniques to practice at home to reinforce the work done during our sessions. I would always leave the sessions with Roberta feeling totally relaxed and stress free.
I am now 16.5 weeks pregnant and no longer experiencing panic attacks. My breathing is much more relaxed and I am able to use the breathing exercises I have been taught to help refocus when necessary, particularly when I am feeling stressed or anxious. She has also helped with the muscle tension, shoulder, back and neck ache I have been experiencing throughout this pregnancy.
I would thoroughly recommend Roberta to anyone, particularly people who are suffering from anxiety and stress which is causing breathing issues, muscle tension/body aches and pains. She is very skilled at what she does and her sessions have definitely impacted positively on my pregnancy experience.
