My body entered a state of deep relaxation I’ve never experienced before

During my treatment, my body entered a state of deep relaxation I’ve never experienced before, as Roberta worked her magic on my aches and pains. I could feel how my muscle tension was releasing. I was taken through a range of control stretches to loosen up my muscles further and increase my mobility. The 1-hour experience was amazingly pleasant. I was astonished at how much muscle pain had dissipated and the flexibility that was recovered.

There is another unexpected benefit! In times of stress, I transfer my mind back to the state of deep relaxation I felt during the massage. This helps me calm down. It’s a new skill that I will hold with me forever.

Being a passionate surfer of 21 years of age, it is not easy to live with the limitations associated with neck and back pain.
