Cancellation policy

If it is necessary to reschedule your appointment please let us know as soon as possible. To reschedule after hours or Saturday appointments, please call or email *two working days* before your appointment. Other appointments can be rescheduled no later than by 10 a.m. one working day in advance. We need this time to make your appointment available to another patient. Late cancellations and missed appointments will incur a fee. Late cancellations with gift certificates will result in gift certificate being voided.
